1 year of coverage against defects in workmanship and materials.

With the purchase of your new home, you’ll receive a copy of our warranty book that explains what is covered as well as required homeowner maintenance. In addition, the warranty is fully transferable, which increases the resale value of your home.

2 years of distribution systems coverage against defects in wiring for your electrical system, piping for your plumbing and ductwork for your mechanical system.

10 years of structural-defect coverage for load-bearing components.
